Scope of Application

These General Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'GC') apply to any charging service provided by Swish as a charging service provider to its customers who use electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles. These GC form part of the charging service contract between Swish and the user of the rechargeable vehicle.
